Job Location: Albury, NSW
ROLE
Day-to-day Subway operation
Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards
Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.
Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
Maintaining records of stock levels and managing financial transactions
Discuss business strategy with the head office and undertake budgeting for the store
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Train team (employees) in business standards and policies.
SALARY
Package Salary $72,800 ($65,000 + 12% Super) or Part time equivalent based on skill and experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience working in the fast food industry (Subway/manager or supervisor experience will be given preference)
Positive, energetic and hardworking
Good customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge
Flexibility with working hrs (note: at least 1-morning shift, 1-night shift and 1-weekend shift is a must)
Team building ability
Ability to work under pressure
