Key responsibilities
Deliver detailed latte art consistently
Provide a high quality guest experience
Work in a fast-paced espresso style cafe environment
Prioritise what's important at any given moment while fostering a welcoming environment for guests
Perform barista duties in a high volume setting
About you
Experienced or Intermediate Barista with all rounder skills
Barista experience in a high volume setting
Passionate about customer experiences and quality coffee
Ability to deliver detailed latte art consistently
Good judgement skills and fantastic memory for guest names and beverages
Attention to detail, consistency, leadership, transparent mindedness and efficiency
Ability to commute to Caringbah for 4.20 am starts
Ability to perform in the early mornings
Ability to work within established systems
Multitasking skills, explicit communication skills, and ability to perform under pressure

No work on Sundays or Public Holidays and during the Christmas Period
