This role is responsible for the timely, productive and effective processing of received funds to be applied to insurance policies. Full training will be provided in the specific duties which will include:
Processing accounts receivable
Reconciling the AR ledger
Following up & collecting accounts (by way of phone / email communication)
Preparing payments
Cash receipting
Maintain debtors report
Processing direct debit runs (twice monthly)
Investigate & resolve client financial issues
Monthly reporting





To be considered for this role you will have:
Minimum 2 years experience in Administration / Accounts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and positive data entry skills
The ability to work autonomously
Good commuter skills (incl. Excel)

The is a permanent full-time office based position with a salary guide is $70,000 - $75,000 + Super and standard hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm.
