Green Real Estate Agency is seeking an experienced and organised Property Manager to join our team in West Ryde. This is a full-time role managing a residential property portfolio, with support from our leasing, accounts and administration team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking for a stable long-term position within a well-established local agency with a strong and growing rent roll.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance and repairs
Manage rent arrears and tenant-related matters
Conduct and coordinate routine inspections
Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
Prepare and issue notices and property management documentation
Handle landlord and tenant enquiries
Manage tribunal matters when required
Maintain accurate property and tenancy records
Ensure properties are managed in accordance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in residential property management preferred
Experience using PropertyMe, Snug, VaultRE and Ignite
NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence required
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident dealing with landlords and tenants
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Good understanding of NSW residential tenancy legislation
Ability to work independently while being part of a team
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
