EasyA is seeking trade-qualified Roof Plumbers with metal roofing experience to step into Area Supervisor roles in Bendigo, Shepparton and Warrnambool, leading projects and teams within the respective location. You will be working in one of the 3 locations and servicing sites within the respective region.
About the Role
As the Area Manager / Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day roofing operations in the specific region. You will lead the delivery team, coordinate schedules, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
This role is hands-on and suited to someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and enjoys driving projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support roofing crews across multiple project sites
Conduct WHS checks, risk assessments, and site audits
Liaise with clients, builders, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
Provide technical guidance and problem-solving for onsite issues
Monitor job quality, variations, and performance metrics
Uphold strong safety culture and compliance with company standards
Prepare operational reports and maintain project documentation
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in metal roofing and be a qualified Roof Plumber.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and repair methods.
Ability to diagnose roof issues and implement practical repair solutions.
Competence in working safely at heights and using fall protection equipment.
Current driver’s licence.
White Card (Construction Induction).
You must be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights and operating in wide-ranging weather conditions.
