Marlow & Peach is a rapid-growing Australian consumer brand. We make plant-based cleaning concentrates and ship them direct to tens of thousands of customers around the country and we do it all ourselves, fulfilling every order from our warehouse in Springvale.

The role
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in running a tight, well-organised warehouse. You'll spend most of your day on the floor packing and dispatching orders alongside a small team, while also taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the warehouse - making sure every order goes out accurately, on time, and to a high standard.

You'll work closely with our Warehouse Supervisor and will be second in charge, being trusted to run the warehouse independently when she's away.

What you'll do
Pack, label and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time for daily courier pickups
Run the day-to-day of the warehouse floor: prioritising orders, keeping the team on track, and keeping the space clean and organised
Quality control:



checking orders are packed correctly and product leaves in perfect condition
Print shipping labels and manage dispatch through our shipping software (training provided)
Receive pallet deliveries and put stock away using a walkie stacker (experience preferred, not required here)
Help maintain stock organisation, safety standards, and general housekeeping
Support and guide other packing staff

About you
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership
Genuinely detail-oriented, and must be a rapid worker
Warehouse experience preferred: pick/pack, dispatch, and receiving
Experience operating a walkie stacker or forklift (forklift licence well regarded but not essential)
Experience in a small business or e-commerce fulfilment workplace is a plus

Salary: $70,000 + super
