We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to lead the operations on site. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving safety performance, managing people, and delivering excellent service for our mining, corporate, and charter clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations
Lead and support a team of drivers, administration, and operational staff
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legislative requirements
Oversee scheduling, vehicle maintenance coordination, and operational planning
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and performance
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

About You
Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or operations management role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Sound knowledge of fleet operations and safety compliance




Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office and operational systems

Qualifications & Requirements
Current C-Class Driver’s License (MR advantageous)
National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Experience working in a remote or regional setting is highly desirable
