Amandula Orchards is a large-scale, progressive, privately owned almond operation based in Renmark, a peaceful town located in the Riverland region of South Australia.
We have an chance for an experienced Orchard Manager to join our team.
We are seeking a people orientated individual with a proven track record in:
Orchard Management
Harvest Management
The development and management of farm operations plans
Irrigation operation and maintenance
Farm development
Coordination of receivals and deliveries
The ideal candidate is a hands on Orchard Manager with:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant practical growing experience
Chemical handling certificate
FL and HR or HC truck license (preferred but not essential)
Sound computer and administration skills
Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised
Skills to program and report all activities to the Managing Director
Ability to maintain successful working relationships with key contractors and staff
