As a Breakfast Chef joining our team, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting a range of breakfast and brunch dishes during busy service periods. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every dish leaving the pass is cooked to a consistently high standard.

About you
Previous experience as a breakfast chef is preferred
Robust attention to detail
Able to communicate clearly and take direction from the Head Chef
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service
Excellent food preparation and presentation skills
High standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen organization
Reliable, punctual and positive attitude
Ability to work well as part of a team
A genuine passion for producing great food
Early mornings and weekend availability are non-negotiable
