About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Assistant General Manager / 2IC to help lead the team at Vito's from the beginning. You'll work closely with the General Manager to establish a culture of genuine, warm, confident, professional and attentive service across the venue and ensure it's delivered consistently every service.

Key responsibilities
Lead the team from the floor in a busy, high-energy restaurant environment
Work closely with the General Manager to establish and maintain service culture and standards
Train, develop and motivate team members
Run a busy service and make confident decisions under pressure
Ensure excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail across operations

About you
Robust restaurant management experience in quality, high-volume venues
Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example
Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge
Experience training, developing and motivating teams
Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail




Ability to run a busy service and make confident decisions under pressure
Genuine passion for service and hospitality
