These are hands-on positions within a busy and welcoming venue. You'll work alongside a supportive team that values fresh ideas, quality food and great customer experiences. Breakfast shifts are every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and require early morning starts. Additional weekday, evening and weekend shifts may also be available.
Key responsibilities
Cook responsibilities may include:
Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes
Assisting with food preparation and service
Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation
Following food safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures
Contributing fresh ideas to our breakfast and general menus
Kitchen Hand responsibilities may include:
Washing dishes and kitchen equipment
Keeping work areas clean and organised
Assisting with basic food preparation
Supporting the chefs during busy services
Following all food safety and workplace procedures
About you
Work well as part of a team
Are reliable, positive and hardworking
Can remain calm and organised during busy services
Are available for a flexible range of hours
Are available for breakfast shifts every Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Can work weekends and public holidays when required
Take pride in maintaining a clean and secure workplace
Bring fresh ideas and a willingness to learn
Have previous kitchen experience relevant to the position
