Retail Bakery Team Member – Vandough

Multiple Locations | Full time / Part-time / Casual

Vandough is looking for friendly, reliable and hardworking team members to join our retail bakery stores.

Your everyday role:
Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Serve and display our bread, pastries, cakes and other products
Prepare coffee and drinks
Take orders and process payments
Restock products and maintain the shop floor
Keep the store clean, tidy and presentable
Follow food safety and store procedures
Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly

We’re looking for people who:
Have a great attitude and enjoy serving customers
Are reliable, punctual and committed to their shifts
Can work well in a busy setting
Are confident communicating with customers




Can work independently and as part of a team
Are willing to learn and follow procedures
Previous bakery, café or retail experience is an advantage but not essential

Barista experience is a bonus. Training can be provided for the right person.
