Due to customer demand and production growth we are now a Batcher at our Narangba production plant! You will be involved in the day to day operations of our concrete plant.
About the Role
Competitive hourly rate plus OT (when available)
Working Monday to Friday (plus some Saturdays)
Oversee and lead the operation of a variety of machinery, both manual and automated
Deliver amazing customer service, handling queries and placing/following up orders
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a range of ways
Work to minimise downtime, optimise performance whilst maintaining a high safety standard
About you
Current Class C Drivers License (essential), Loader or HR desired but not essential
Experienced communicator – able to move across different mediums and styles with ease
Mechanically minded – keen eye for how things work and an interest in troubleshooting problems
Born multi-tasker – this is a rapid paced ever changing workplace and you’ll need the thrive as part of a team as well as alone, able to handle conflicting priorities
Skilled at Safety – a demonstrated commitment to secure work practices, leading the way
Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks
