This historic restaurant, originally established in 1980, has been meticulously restored, blending its old-worldcharm with contemporary amenities. Our venue is a cafe and restaurant-quality meals with a classic twist.

Ability to work across multiple menu styles: classics, restaurant, and functions.
Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
A current Food Safety Supervisor certificate and knowledge of WPHS & HCAP
Familiarity with food safety legislation and compliance.




Team players with a passion for food and hospitality.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year experience in a cafe and restaurant similar workplace
Must have relevant qualification, at least certificate 4 in commercial cookery
Must have Australian cuisine experience

Location - Ipswich, Brisbane QLD

Role - Full time

Salary -$79,500+ Superannuation
