Gosford RSL Club continues to go from strength to strength, and we're looking for experienced and reliable Part Time or Casual Chefs and Cooks to join our kitchen team.

As a valued part of our kitchen team, you will:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations
Collaborate with the team on daily service and menu development
Contribute to seasonal specials, themed menus and events
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
Support a positive and respectful kitchen culture





We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
Is versatile and available across breakfast, lunch and dinner services
Stays calm under pressure and works well in a team
Has strong food safety knowledge and kitchen hygiene practices
Has robust availability to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
