Contract Fit Out Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a 3-month contract delivering a commercial fit-out project in Sydney. Key responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day site activities
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
Drive the programme and manage short-term sequencing
Oversee finishes and services coordination
Maintain safety, quality and compliance standards
Manage defects and final handover
Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager

To be considered:
Proven commercial fit-out experience
Robust subcontractor management skills
Experience delivering projects from commencement through to handover
Excellent understanding of finishes and services
Current White Card and First Aid
Procore experience is highly regarded
