Sweet Chick is a growing, boutique bakery in Surry Hills.

We are looking for a Pastry Chef with a good attitude and willingness to grow.

You will be responsible for production of cakes, biscuits, slices and some savoury products, used for retail, catering and wholesale customers. The ideal candidate has creative freedom to input new ideas to contribute to the collaborative team setting. It is also the baker's responsibility to note when supplies are low, so an order can be made.

The baker should have a culinary degree, minimum of one year experience, creative thinking, the ability to follow a recipe, problem solving skills and a preference to work collaboratively in a small team.

The position is part time casual with flexible schedule.
