Early Childhood Educators (Part-Time)

The Hive Brighton is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our growing early learning centre.

If you are a Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator looking to work in a supportive, collaborative, and professional setting, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role
Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
Support children’s development across social, emotional, and cognitive areas
Build strong, qualified relationships with families and colleagues
Maintain a secure, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment
Work collaboratively with Lead Educators and the wider team
Support daily routines and contribute to a positive centre culture

What You’ll Bring
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Previous experience in a long day care or early learning setting (preferred)
Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Current Working with Children Check
Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
Current National Police Check (within 6 months)
Full Australian working rights
