About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will supervise a small crew while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew.
Perform lawn mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, weeding, mulching, and planting.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery.
Train and mentor team members.
Communicate effectively with clients and management.
Complete daily job reports and ensure schedules are met.

Skills & Experience




Previous experience in landscape or grounds maintenance.
Proven experience leading a team.
Strong knowledge of horticultural practices.
Current driver's licence .
Chemical application licence (desirable).
Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment.
Solid communication and organisational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
