Outkast is a growing Design & Construction company delivering commercial office fit-outs, refurbishments, asset repositioning projects and construction works across Queensland.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager who can take ownership of our tendering and pre-construction function.

Your responsibilities will include:
Data entry into and management of our project management software;
Establishment of projects and development of Bill of Quantities;
Review and negotiate Subcontractor and Suppliers contracts in consultation with the Operation and Project Managers;
Administer live subcontracts and supply agreements in consultation with Contracts Administrator, Operations Manager and Project Managers;
Manage Subcontract progress claims and variations.

Qualifications/ Experience

To be considered for this role you will ideally possess:
Degree or equivalent experience in Business;
Experience in a similar position in an Australian Design & Construction environment with a minimum of three (3) years experience.
Permanent resident status required for this position.




Ability to manage both head and subcontracts.
Experience managing all three contract types including head contracts, subcontracts, and supply agreements.
Proven experience in the administration & management of contracts & contractors
Minimum of 3+ years extensive experience in contract management is essential.
Highly numerate – can see trends and pin point reporting errors rapidly
Accurate and attentive to detail
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Highly effective written and oral communications skills.
Solid relationship building and negotiating skills.
