Prospero Teaching is pleased to be working with a respected independent Christian school in Melbourne’s west. The school offers a values-led education grounded in Christian faith and delivers both the International Baccalaureate (IB) and the Victorian Curriculum across its Primary and Secondary campuses.

We are currently seeking a passionate Physics Teacher to join the Secondary team. The successful candidate will teach Years 10–12 Physics, with the possibility of teaching across junior Science depending on experience and interest.

Physics teaching role:
Full-time Physics Teacher (Years 10–12)
Start Term 3, 2025 (or earlier by negotiation)
Independent Christian school in Melbourne’s west
Prospect to teach both IB and VCE Physics

Physics teacher requirements




Relevant teaching qualification (B.Ed., M.Teach or equivalent)
VIT registration (or eligibility)
Experience teaching senior Physics preferred
Understanding of IB and/or VCE Physics frameworks
Ability to deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons
Committed to student wellbeing and academic progress
Values-led educator who thrives in a team-oriented school
