Prospero Teaching Australia is proudly representing a well-established Catholic secondary college in Melbourne seeking an experienced Visual Communication Design (VCD) teacher for a full time position, starting immediately.
About the Visual Communication Design (VCD) Teacher role:
Full-time teaching load
Teach Year 11 VCD Units 1 & 2 and Year 12 VCD Units 3 & 4
Manage two Year 11 and two Year 12 VCD classes
Support students to complete Unit 4 within a fast-paced 9-week term
Lead a Homegroup as part of your role
Position may be fixed term or ongoing

What the ideal candidate will bring:
Current VIT registration or eligibility to teach in Victoria
Experience teaching VCD at senior secondary level, preferably within a Catholic or independent school




Solid subject expertise and passion for design education
Excellent classroom management skills and ability to build rapport with students
Ability to commence immediately to meet urgent teaching needs
