ZK Construction Group is seeking an experienced HVAC / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our Melbourne operations.

This is not a FIFO role. You will work across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, western suburbs and CBD, carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs, fault finding, installations and renovation works.

We are looking for a technician who is confident working independently, diagnosing faults and delivering a qualified result without needing constant supervision.

Duties
Air conditioning servicing and maintenance
HVAC fault finding and repairs
Refrigeration maintenance and repairs
Split and ducted system works
Equipment replacement and installation




Preventative maintenance
HVAC works associated with renovations and refurbishments
Residential, commercial and property maintenance work
Complete service reports, job documentation and photographs

Requirements
Relevant refrigeration and air conditioning trade qualifications
Current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence where required
Relevant Victorian electrical licensing/registration for the work being undertaken
Current driver licence
Own reliable vehicle
Own tools
Solid diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently
Good communication and customer service skills
High standard of workmanship
Reliable and qualified attitude
