Garden View Aged Care Pty Ltd is a non profit residential aged care facility that has operated for 30years. We focus on fostering respectful relationships and rapport with our clients. Adopting a partnership approach, with an understanding and nurturing attitude, the team work to flexibly altercare based on feedback and suggestions. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team.

As a Registered Nurse, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Prepare high-quality care plans and assessments, provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly residents according to established nursing standards and practices.
Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound care and clinical support for our residents,in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.
Support health promotion and aid in illness prevention through educational activities and wellnessinitiatives.




Provide explicit explanations and information to residents and their families regarding treatment optionsand care.
Collaborate with other healthcare specialists and team members to coordinate resident care.
Supervise and manage a care team to deliver the highest quality, person-first, care to our residents.
Engage in handovers with the Care Team to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
Adhere to all relevant legislative requirements and quality guidelines skills and experience

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to apply.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or higher qualification
Registration with AHPRA required

Experience:
At least 1-year minimum experience as a Registered Nurse in a related field.

Pay: $79,500.00 – $90,000.00 per year
