WE'RE HIRING MALE DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS IN GOLD COAST

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and motivated Male Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis. This is a rewarding prospect to support NDIS participants in achieving their goals, building independence, and enjoying meaningful participation in their community.

Participant Details
Client is a teenager with Autism Spectrum Disorder level 2 with OCD and ODD triggers
Needs support in community access, mental health support, and assistance in daily living.
Loves going to the gym, being active and outdoors, loves socializing with friends.
Would perk most from someone who can be his mentor and friend at the same time.

Schedule
Must be amenable to day shifts.

Mandatory Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
Current Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance and current registration
Certificate or Diploma related to disability support, individual support, community services,



or a similar field (preferred but not essential)

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting participants with daily living activities and individual goals
Assisting with community access, appointments, and social activities
Encouraging independence, choice, and confidence
Building positive and respectful relationships with participants
Completing progress notes and following participant support plans
