Position: Contract Administrator

Support the successful delivery of HVACR projects by managing contracts, procurement processes, and compliance requirements. Ensure all contractual obligations are met while maintaining robust communication between stakeholders and project teams.

Employment Type: Full-time
Minimum Experience: 1 year (full-time)
Salary: $75,500 – $90,000 AUD per year
Main Tasks

Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and project documentation
Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing materials and services
Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding contract matters




Track project progress, variations, and claims, ensuring accurate reporting
Assist in negotiating contract terms and resolving contractual issues
Maintain records of payments, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure all documentation aligns with company policies and regulatory requirements
Support senior management with contract-related advice and reporting
