Our Albury venues are gearing up for a busy summer, and we’re looking for passionate and experienced Chefs to join our kitchen teams.
Whether you're an experienced Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, Commis Chef or Cook, we have opportunities available for chefs who love working in busy kitchens and want to be part of a great team.
What you’ll be doing
Preparing and cooking high-quality meals across busy services
Working across a diverse range of pub favourites, seasonal dishes and specials
Maintaining food quality, consistency and presentation
Working efficiently as part of a fast-paced kitchen team
Following food safety, hygiene and WHS standards
Supporting your fellow chefs and helping deliver excellent service every time
Contributing to a positive and skilled kitchen culture
What we're looking for

Experienced in a commercial kitchen environment
Passionate about food and hospitality
Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
Team players with a positive attitude
Committed to maintaining high standards
Keen to develop their skills and build their hospitality career
