Position Overview:
We are seeking a agile and experienced Bar Manager to join our hospitality team in the Penrith area. This role is perfect for a passionate and customer-focused individual who thrives in a vibrant bar environment and enjoys creating exceptional drink experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Drink Preparation: Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, beers, and spirits with precision and flair.
Bar Setup & Close: Prepare the bar before service and ensure a clean and organised closing each night.
Compliance: Uphold RSA standards, hygiene protocols, and venue safety procedures at all times.
Stock levels: Stocktake, ordering & stock level control.
Staffing: Training staff,
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in bartending or mixology.
Robust knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle a busy bar environment.
Attention to detail in both drink presentation and cleanliness.
Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
