Wax It Wellness & Rejuvenation is seeking a confident, organised, guest‑focused Salon Receptionist to support our North Lakes location. If you love creating exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a quick‑paced environment, this role is for you.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every visit feels seamless, calm, and beautifully managed. This role involves reception duties, booking management, retail support, and assisting the team with daily salon operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
Managing bookings, phone enquiries, and online appointments
Processing payments and supporting retail sales
Maintaining a clean and inviting reception area
Assisting therapists with smooth guest flow
Supporting administrative tasks and stock organisation
Upholding high standards of communication and presentation
What We’re Looking For
Solid customer service or reception experience (beauty/wellness preferred)
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Confident multitasker who stays calm under pressure
Organised, reliable, and detail‑oriented
Comfortable using booking systems and handling payments
Passionate about beauty, wellness, and delivering premium service
