FULL TIME CAFE MANAGER

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Café Manager to join our busy café team.

This is a full-time position, with shifts generally between 6:30am–5:00pm including one weekend

We’re looking for someone who can genuinely take ownership of the cafe

What we’re looking for:
2–3+ years’ experience working in a busy café
Strong barista skills and able to comfortably handle 6–7kg of coffee in a shift independently
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident managing a team and keeping staff organised
Able to train, motivate and hold staff accountable
Comfortable managing stock levels and placing supplier orders
Positive understanding of food, coffee and café operations
Able to manage opening and closing procedures
Robust attention to cleanliness, presentation and food safety
Confident using POS systems and handling busy periods
Able to jump into any station when needed — coffee, register, kitchen, floor or running food
Calm under pressure, quick on your feet and able to make decisions
Reliable, punctual and well organised
Excellent English and confident communicating with customers and staff




Someone who leads by example and is not afraid to get their hands dirty
