Job Title: Site Supervisor x 2
Location: Rutherford 2320 (Greater Newcastle/Hunter region) & Charmhaven 2261 (Central Coast) NSW.

The Role:

Weyn Constructions is seeking two(2) Site Supervisor to join their team. One project based in Rutherford, starting in August 2026; the second in Charmhaven, commencing late September/early October 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure seamless workflow.
Communicate efficiently with clients, tradespeople, and office teams to acheive project milestones.
Ensure high standards of paperwork, organisation, and project documentation.
Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with OH&S; regulations.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Provide hands-on support as required, while predominantly focusing on supervisory duties.

Requirements:




Minimum 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in commercial projects.
Preferred trade experience/background.
Driver’s license.
White card.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on-site.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel
Experience using Construction Project Management Software eg Buildertrend, Procore etc.
