We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and reliable cafe supervisor to join our outstanding team. Copper Bean Cafe serves excellent coffee, breakfast and lunch, cakes and gelato and prides itself on providing fantastic friendly customer service at all times. We are looking for people to help create a fun and vibrant working workplace that customers love to visit.

As a family business we are committed to our staff and their long-term development. We take pride in the low level of staff turnover in our business compared to the hospitality industry as a whole.

Applicants must have experience in the following:
Have experience in cooking food, eg. breakfasts to order and preparation of sandwiches, wraps etc.
Excellent friendly customer service at all times
Good experience in hospitality in a cafe environment
Excellent knowledge of food safety, food quality and presentation




Maintaining a positive environment at all times.
Ability to train, motivate and encourage staff
Experience in opening and closing cafes, including cash reconciliation
Able to multitask and have good time management skills
Be punctual and respect our policies and guidelines
Have great communication skills
Be able to work weekdays, weekends and school holidays
