Mermaid Beach Surf Life Saving Club / Merlina's Restaurant, Located right in the heart of the Gold Coast on Hedges Avenue is seeking a motivated Kitchen Hand or Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent prospect for a driven individual who is looking to break into the culinary industry, has a outstanding passion for food, cooking and an eye for detail

Our established team of chef's will provide valuable guidance and experience throughout your apprenticeship, while our fun, qualified and friendly work environment will provide a fantastic platform for your personal and career development.

Key Responsibilities:-
Assisting with the organization and preparation of food in accordance with the menu requirements as directed by fellow chef's
Utilizing various methods of cookery
Producing a variety of high-quality dishes
Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area
