About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our production team. This role involves preparing, mixing, and baking Lebanese bread and related products in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Both full-time and casual positions are available, with flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and overnight production.
Key Responsibilities
Mixing dough using industrial mixers according to set recipes
Operating bakery equipment (dividers, moulders, ovens, conveyors)
Producing Lebanese bread to consistent size, weight, and quality
Monitoring fermentation, proofing, and baking processes
Ensuring products meet quality and food safety standards
Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
Assisting with packing and production when required
Requirements
Experience in baking Lebanese bread or similar flatbread (preferred)
Ability to work in a rapid-paced production environment
Good understanding of dough handling and baking processes
Physically fit and able to handle manual work
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts
