Beaumonde Homes are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Architectural Draftsperson to join their team in OSBORNE PARK WA.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details from preliminary sketches, specifications, and design proposals.
Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD) to create accurate and accurate drawings.
Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and engineers to clarify design intent and resolve technical issues.
Prepare presentation drawings, renderings, and 3D models as needed.
Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers and senior architects.
Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including schedules, specifications, and material lists.
Stay up-to-date with the latest drafting techniques, software updates, and industry standards.
Perform site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions, as required.




Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a qualified Architectural Draftsperson
Proven experience as an Architectural Draftperson or similar role.
Robust proficiency in at least one major CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD). Experience with Revit and/or BIM workflows is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Robust technical drawing skills and the ability to interpret architectural sketches and specifications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience
