FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS – ROTATING Roster tarneit | Point Cook | Werribee | Williams Landing

We are currently seeking two (2) compassionate, reliable and experienced female Support Workers for an ongoing companionship and disability support role across Melbourne’s western suburbs.

1 position – Day Support1 position – Inactive Overnight Support

Rotating Roster Week 1 – 3 weekday active shifts Week 2 – 3 weekday inactive overnight shifts Ongoing rotating arrangement Active daytime rate: approximately $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience and engagement type

Priority will be given to applicants who can start immediately and commit consistently to the rotating roster.

Requirements




Previous disability/community support experience Mental health and complex support experience highly regarded NDIS Worker Screening Check First Aid & CPR Working with Children Check National Police Check Current driver licence Reliable insured vehicle Australian working rights Strong communication and reliability
