We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver to join our team. The role involves delivering wholesale goods to our customers across Sydney.
The successful applicant will be responsible for loading and checking orders, safely transporting goods and making deliveries to customers in a professional and timely manner. You will need to ensure that orders are handled carefully, particularly fresh produce, and that customers receive the correct goods in valuable condition.
This is a hands-on role that involves lifting, loading and unloading boxes of fruit and vegetables, so good physical fitness and the ability to work in a busy environment are important. You will also be required to maintain a clean and organised delivery vehicle and follow all workplace and road safety requirements.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, honest and well-presented, with a positive attitude and robust work ethic. Good communication and customer service skills are important, as you will be representing us when dealing with our wholesale customers.
Previous delivery or warehouse experience is preferred. Experience with fruit and vegetables or the wholesale industry is an advantage, but training can be provided to the right person.
