About the Role PHG Group — a leader in luxury hospitality — is seeking an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to oversee stewarding operations within a 5-star hotel workplace. The ideal candidate will have a solid background managing large stewarding teams, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency across all back-of-house and kitchen areas.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate large stewarding shifts, ensuring smooth operation during high-volume service periods.
Maintain highest cleanliness and sanitation standards across all back-of-house kitchen, dishwashing, and storage areas.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and occupational health standards.
Organize and monitor cleaning schedules, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance.
Lead and train stewarding staff, fostering motivation, accountability, and teamwork.
Manage inventory of cleaning materials, kitchen equipment, and supplies.
Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Support culinary and F&B; teams during peak operations, banquets, and events.




Implement waste management and recycling initiatives in line with sustainability goals.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of stewarding experience in a 5-star hotel, including supervisory experience managing large teams or shifts.
In-depth knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work adaptable schedules including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with hotel systems and standard operating procedures in high-end hospitality brands.

Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
