What You’ll Be Doing:
Generate and follow up leads in Brisbane North & Sunshine Coast
Match clients with land and home designs
Prepare and price house & land packages
Present floorplans, inclusions,



and upgrades
Guide clients through to contract signing
Build strong relationships with developers, agents, and clients
Represent the brand at markets, land estates, Display Homes and offices.

About You:
Sales experience essential (housing highly regarded)
Confident, outgoing, and driven to succeed
Solid communicator who builds trust quickly
Organised, reliable, and eager to grow with the brand
Passionate about property and helping families build their dream homes
Wanting to genuinely help people
