About the Role

We are looking for a grounds person to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance. This hands-on role based requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities
Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching.
Operate hand tools such as hedgers, blowers and whipper snippers and petrol gear such as push mowers and ride on plant equipment safely and effectively.
Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working setting for yourself and your team members.

About You
Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field will be highly regarded.
This role can be physically demanding and you must have the ability to safely lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel and stand for extended periods.
You have a current drivers licence (MR Licence desirable)
You have a current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
You have a current Working with Children's check or willingness to obtain
