About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the site. You will be responsible for coordinating site documentation, supporting personnel, and maintaining efficient systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site-based administrative functions and office operations
Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for personnel
Maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry
Assist with onboarding and mobilisation of employees and contractors
Support payroll, timesheets, and compliance documentation
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
About You
Previous experience in a Site Administration role (FIFO preferred)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Current driver’s licence (preferred)
