Friday morning availability is essential.
Inglewood Coffee Roasters is one of Australia's fastest-growing specialty coffee roasters. We're looking for a skilled, enthusiastic Barista to join our team, someone with a positive, outgoing attitude who takes pride in their craft.
What you'll do
Prepare and serve specialty espresso based & filter coffee
Prepare specialty drinks
Dial in multiple coffee grinders and maintain their consistency through service
Follow hygiene and cleaning standards throughout shift
Deliver friendly, engaging customer service and build rapport with regulars
Work confidently and efficiently on your own when needed
Prospect to join our Inglewood events team, including some weekend work
What we're looking for
Experienced barista with the ability to work alone and in a small team
Able to handle up to 7kg of coffee per day, working as part of a two person team
High standards for hygiene and cleanliness
Solid communicator, transparent and respectful with customers and colleagues
Passionate about specialty coffee, with a genuine desire to learn and grow within the company
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Available Friday mornings, plus flexible across the week
