Store Manager

Port HQ Pty Ltd, trading as Domino’s Pizza is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy Pyrmont store.

This is a permanent full-time position offering a market-competitive salary and long-term career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, supervise, train and develop team members.
Prepare staff rosters and manage workforce scheduling and labour costs.
Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, stock rotation and wastage.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor sales, operational performance and store KPIs.
Assist with budgeting, cost control and achievement of business targets.
Maintain store presentation and Domino’s operational standards.
Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily reporting.

Requirements
Previous management experience in fast food, hospitality,



retail or a similar environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience with staff rostering, inventory management and cost control.
Ability to work effectively in a busy, quick-paced setting.
Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety requirements.
Solid organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
