Own the customer buying journey across a growing range of building materials and outdoor living products. You’ll help customers confidently select the right product, size, colour and configuration, then guide their order from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. Convert product enquiries into well-supported purchasing decisions Become a trusted source of product and basic building knowledge Coordinate suppliers, warehouse teams and freight partners to deliver a reliable customer experience Identify recurring customer needs and help improve products, information and internal systems * Contribute to building and eventually leading a high-performing customer service function This role suits someone commercially minded, organised and confident who enjoys learning technical products, solving problems and taking responsibility for results.
