Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a Document Management System (DMS) implementation. This is an excellent prospect for a senior technology project skilled to take ownership of a key implementation, working across business, technology, operational and vendor teams to ensure the project is delivered within agreed scope, budget, timeline and governance requirements.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a technology or system implementation.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and reporting.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
Establish and drive governance forums, working groups, and steering committees.
Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operational, and vendor teams.
Ensure project outcomes are delivered on time, within budget,



and aligned to agreed quality standards.
Drive effective vendor management and accountability against agreed deliverables and milestones.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across senior business and technology leaders.
Robust financial, budget, and resource management capability.
Drive user acceptance and readiness for successful adoption of the solution
Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
