Oxygen Hort is looking for experienced and reliable gardeners to join our growing team based in Avalon Beach. This full time role involves maintaining and enhancing a variety of residential properties across Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine garden maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and weeding
Ensure all properties are presented to a consistently high standard
Safely operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
Assist with larger landscaping projects and installations as part of a team
Keep accurate records of completed work and report any issues or maintenance needs
About You
1–2+ years’ experience in gardening, landscaping, or a similar role
Skilled in using a range of gardening tools and machinery
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
Positive communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
