We are currently seeking a passionate, skilled, and dedicated Full-time Chef to join our energetic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and prepare authentic Thai menus and specialty dishes.
Control kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and maintain high standards of presentation.
Monitor and manage food stock, inventory, and order kitchen supplies.
Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
Train, guide, and supervise kitchen staff and apprentices.
Assist in cost control and portion management to optimize kitchen profitability.

Requirements & Skillset:
Experience:



Minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience as a Chef in a fast-paced commercial kitchen workplace.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery (Certificate IV or equivalent) are highly regarded but not mandatory if backed by solid experience.
Robust knowledge of authentic Thai ingredients, flavors, and advanced cooking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure during peak service hours.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
