SITE FOREMAN / LEADING HAND – RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION Syncorp Constructions is looking for an experienced Site Foreman / Leading Hand with minimum 5 Years Experience to join our growing residential construction team in Sydney. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable and experienced, with the ability to lead trades and keep residential projects moving. The Role: Supervise and coordinate trades on site Hands-on carpentry and general construction work when required Read and understand architectural and construction plans Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail Organise materials, deliveries and day-to-day site activities Ensure WHS and site safety requirements are followed Keep projects running efficiently and on schedule What We’re Looking For:
Robust residential construction experience Carpentry background highly regarded Previous Leading Hand or Foreman experience Valuable communication and leadership skills Ability to problem-solve and make decisions on site Current driver’s licence White Card * Reliable, organised and takes pride in their work Full time position with ongoing work across Sydney.
