We are looking for someone who is skilled, reliable and highly experienced, and who can confidently: • Hand stretch pizza dough • Work independently at the pizza bench • Manage preparation and service • Work with a wood-fired oven • Handle busy services professionally and efficiently Extra support is available during our busiest services, particularly on weekends.
