About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, phone-based B2B Outbound Sales Specialist for a adaptable commitment of 8 to 16 hours per week to drive commercial media, audio, and marketing service sales across Australia.

This is an independent contractor role ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who excels at direct telephone outreach, lead qualification, and closing new accounts.

Work Commitment:

• 8 to 16 hours per week (Adaptable structure: split into 1–2 full days or half-day calling blocks during peak business hours).

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls (targeting 10–15 quality attempts per hour) to Australian business decision-makers.

• Pipeline Management: Qualify prospects, log CRM activity meticulously, execute follow-ups, and close service agreements.

• Supplier Switching: Confidently handle objections to persuade prospective clients to review and upgrade their current solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in Australian B2B telephone sales / outbound prospecting.





• Dedicated, quiet home office setup with high-speed internet.

• Must hold an active Australian Business Number (ABN) and operate as an independent contractor invoicing per completed service block.

• Excellent English communication skills with a natural, qualified phone cadence.

Working Hours:

Calling blocks must be scheduled within peak Australian business hours (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM AEST/AEDT).

Pay Rate:

AU$30.00 – AU$45.00 per hour (Contractor invoice rate based on experience).
